OCHC Prenatal Care Coordination & Child Care Coordination programs assist expectant and new mothers to gain access to health care, social services, educational and employment opportunities and prenatal resources.  PNCC and CCC targets women who are at high risk for adverse pregnancy outcomes.  The goal of the program is to improve birth outcomes by providing mother with the supportive services needed.

Mom's Mental Health Initiative

Provides resources to moms with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders in the Greater Milwaukee area.  The Circle of Hope support group is a private, online support group for women who are pregnant through one year of birth and are local to the Milwaukee area.

Program for pregnant women addicted to opiates.  Proved addiction treatment, ultrasounds, and OB care on the same day at the same location.  Patients are required to participate in the program two days a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Women remain in the program up to six weeks postpartum.  Can take referrals from organizations outside of the Aurora System.  Program Supports improved birth outcomes and sort stays in the NICU for the infants.

National Association of Certified Professional Midwives.  The National Association of Certified Professional Midwives (NACPM) is the membership organization specifically representing Certified Professional Midwives (CPM) in the United States. Certified Professional Midwives provide unique and critical access to normal physiologic birth, which profoundly benefits childbearing people and newborns. Founded in 2000, NACPM ensures a powerful and unified voice for Certified Professional Midwives. NACPM directs its influence toward improving outcomes for childbearing people and their infants, developing and strengthening the profession, and informing public policy with the values inherent in CPM care.  This site provides useful information for midwives as well as families on the safety of birthcenter and homebirth.
